At UXphoria, we're confident that you'll love your new website. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our Lite and Static website packages, and a 50% refund on our CMS and Extra packages.

Here's how it works:

  • Eligibility:  If you're not completely satisfied with your website within the first 2 months of your subscription, you can request a refund.
  • Lite & Static Packages:  You'll receive a full refund (100%) of your subscription fees paid during the first 2 months.
  • CMS & Extra Packages:  You'll receive a 50% refund of your subscription fees paid during the first 2 months.
  • How to request a refund:  Simply contact us at contact@uxphoria.com within the first 2 months of your subscription and let us know you'd like to request a refund.
  • Processing time:  Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of your request.

Please note:

  • This refund policy applies only to our website packages.
  • Refunds are not available for any add-on services or custom development work.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the request is fraudulent or abusive.
